To be able to download mobile content from us you need a mobile phone which supports WAP and the mobile content type you want to order. You also need correct WAP settings from your mobile network operator, which also must allow external content downloads. Operators who are known not to allow external content providers are Nextel and Verizon. Please contact your mobile network operator if you are uncertain whether or not they support it.

WAP might also be called mobile internet or GPRS and may be an extra service with your operator. We are not liable for this charge.

We will not send the ringtone to your mobile phone but send an SMS text message and/or e-mail with a WAP link to download it from.

When ordering, make sure your mobile phone is turned on and in an area of good signal.

SMS orders: When we have received your message and confirmed the payment an SMS with a WAP link will be sent out.
Paypal orders: An e-mail with a WAP-link will be sent to your PayPal payee e-mail address and also, if possible, an sms message (this is not guaranteed however).

We have a strict no refunds policy. Before ordering you are advised to visit our test WAP site from your mobile phone which is located at http://ringsignaler.com/test.

This is to test that both your mobile phone and your operator supports external content downloads as well as the content provided. It is your resposibility to test this. We will not refund any money to people not being able due to phones not supporting the content, operators not supporting external downloads etc. If you do not agree to this, simply do not order. If you order you agree to these terms and conditions.

When a download can not be made we are not under any circumstances liable for any costs, damages or refunds. Our customer support will of course do everything they can to make sure you can receive your content though.

This site does not use cookies. All information is kept confidential by us and will not be sold to third parties.

We are not responsible for content, delivery, payment or refunds when you are ordering from an external content provider. Make sure you read and agree to their terms and agreement, otherwise simply do not order. If a problem occurs, contact their customer support.
